Lost or Stolen Tags
Each Webkinz pet comes with a sealed tag that contains your secret code. Lost or stolen tags will not be replaced. Be sure to keep them in a safe place.

Returns and Exchanges
Merchandise can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Webkinz and Lil’Kinz can only be returned or exchanged if the plastic seal on the tag has not been broken. Accessories can only be returned or exchanged if packages have not been opened.

Order Limit
Bulk orders for Webkinz products are not accepted at Isabel’s Gift Shop. Limit is 6 per Webkinz, Lil’Kinz, Purse or Knapsack, 12 packs of Trading Cards.

Shipping
USPS or FedEx Ground will be used for all shipments. Orders will ship within 2 business days after they are placed. You will be notified if there are any problems processing your order. The following shipping rates apply for orders within the U.S. Please call for shipping charges outside the U.S.
